Match Day Centres

Match Day Centres work in partnership with the Wadham Lodge Sports Ground Trust to provide recreational facilities for residents within 20 miles of Waltham Forest Town hall.

The trust under the Chairmanship of Lawrence Mallinson since 2019 is now moving into its 103rd year and plans are afoot to secure the future of the Sports Ground for the foreseeable future

Our aim is to provide:

• Team sport opportunities for all regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or ability.
• To provide the best playing surfaces, offering both artificial and natural grass pitches.
• An organised and safe environment managed by dedicated staff.
• A wide range of activities from birthday parties to technical development programs, including educational programmes and affiliated competition.
• Partnerships with governing bodies, educational programmes, amateur and professional sports clubs, religious and charitable organisations.
• Ancillary facilities to support the pitch activities, with changing rooms, showers, sports cafe, reception, and classrooms.
• Sustainability to ensure opportunities are provided to the highest standards for years to come.
• Affordability, we aim to offer our facilities at rates that offer the use of our facilities to our community.
