Our facility at Wadham Lodge boasts a large function room with great natural lighting and decked terrace area.The hall has a raised stage area for DJ set ups or live bands, disabled lift access from reception directly into function room,free parking and a fully licensed bar.We aim to make the process as stress free as possible with a dedicated functions co ordinator and fully trained staff to hand for the duration of your event.

FUNCTION SUITE PRICE LIST 

MONDAY – WEDNESDAY: 3 pm -11.30 pm £150.00

THURSDAY  :   3 pm -12 am £150.00

FRIDAY :6 pm-1.30 am  £200.00

SATURDAY: 6.00 pm – 1.30 am £350.00

SUNDAY: 4 pm – 11.30 pm  £200.00

GENERAL INFORMATION 

  • Capacity for 140 people (80/90 seated)

  • Up to 10 round tables (seat 8 people)

  • Round tables are 5FT and trestle tables are 6ft

  • 100 chairs (covers not provided)

  • Sports Bar (capacity for 60 people) £100 additional charge,NO access on Saturday’s.Access on a friday and Sunday from 4pm

  • Buffet options available from £4.00 per head

  • NON – REFUNDABLE £100.00 deposit to secure your booking, this is deducted from your overall room hire balance.

  • DAMAGE BOND REQUIRED £100.00

  • NO alcoholic or soft drinks to be brought on the premises

  • Please note our company policy dictates we cannot cater for birthday parties under 25 years of age.

KITCHEN FACILITIES

  • Full kitchen facilities with large oven, hob,fridge,microwave , sinks and stainless steel work surfaces.

  • £100.00 to hire for the duration of the function
